Bee shirt

This shirt is a dedication to a Lou Reed song I like very much. The message as I understand it, fits so nicely to my wish of encouraging people to have a look beyond the ever so present honey bee - on the wild side of our bee diversity. The design is based on eight individual linocut prints.

This product is made for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction.

Some shirts might have a vinegar smell when you unpack them. That’s not unusual - it’s from a fixation agent applied during the printing process, and it’s not permanent! This fixation agent is used for all DTG prints (direct-on-garment). It helps the ink bond with the fabric, and without it, the ink would flake off the garment. You can let it air out or simply wash the shirt once and it will be all gone.
